Spa Julianna is airy and filled with light. But that's not all it has in common with paradise. The treatment—which marries a bubble bath and massage, all done while wearing our bathing suit—made us feel as if we had traveled to the other side. While we soaked in a tub filled with detoxifying mineral salts, our aesthetician massaged our arms, shoulders, and neck while water jets soothed our legs and back (she used a wand to direct pressure on our especially sore muscles). As the incredibly calming session came to a close, we were feeling rather pruney, but more important, relaxed beyond belief.

The "Holiday in St. Tropez" treatment promised the tawny total-body glow only an extended stay in the South of France (or the Holiday Inn, Miami Beach) can imbue. A scrub and moisturizing mineral wrap left us as soft as a rose petal, and a healthy color soon emerged that lasted about four days. Like a real beach vacation, our only regret was that it didn't go on forever.

I have been to many other spas in our area, and Spa Julianna is far superior than them all. The atmosphere is very relaxing, right from when you walk through the doors. The spacious and serene environment at Spa Juliana puts oneself into a natural state of relaxation. The staff is very experienced, warm and friendly. I felt comfortable from the time I entered through the doors, until I left - I really didn't want to leave!!! I also like the fact that gratuities are included into the service fee(s), which is one less thing for a woman to worry about.
